Music Class Membership 2026-2027

Music Class Membership Includes:

• Enrollment in one 45-minute Music Together^® or Rhythm Kids^® class per week
• Professional recording and beautifully illustrated songbook of the current song collection in both digital and hardcopy to use at home
• Four different song collections throughout the course of the Membership Year!
• Opportunity to switch classes for a week, if needed to fit your schedule
• Access to educational content in the Family Music Zone^® and Music Together app
• 36 classes over the course of the year with months having 3-4 classes per month depending on holidays and calendar schedules
• Option to attend bonus classes each week in a class with open spots (Mixed Age only)

How Does It Work?

• Complete your registration on our website
• We'll charge Membership Tuition for your first month and last month plus your registration fee during checkout
• Membership Tuition is due each month on the 5th for the upcoming month and will be automatically charged on that day each month
• Families who already have an account will need to add a payment option to their account

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Membership Tuition schedule?

When you enroll in a class, you are charged for the first and last month of classes, plus a registration fee. Going forward, the Membership Tuition will be charged on the fifth of each month for the upcoming month's tuition. On the fifth day of the next month of your enrollment, you will be charged for that month. If you ever wish to cancel classes, you must let us know before the 5th of the month. You will not be charged for that month of classes as you have already paid for it. If you do not remeber to cancel your membership before the 5th of the month, you waive the last month paid when you signed up. No refunds will be issued if you do not let us know at the right time. We take a break for regular classes in the month of June and all memberships get paused for June. If you need to pause for summer classes (held in July and August), please let us know by May 31st.

Is there a registration fee?

Yes, we have a one time family registration fee. This fee will not be charged again unless you cancel classes for longer than the one month pause that is available.

Is there a minimum number of months I need to be enrolled?

We require a minimum of two months enrollment. Your child develops musically over time, so the two-month (or 8 classes) minimum is needed to ensure the best developmental experience for your child. If you only want to enroll for two months, you will need to contact us immediately upon enrolling to cancel.

What if I need to cancel my membership?

Contact us in writing through email before the 5th of the month if you'd like to cancel your membership. Contact us through our website Contact portal or email [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel Membership [family last name]". Can I switch classes once I'm enrolled?

Consistency is important for your child's learning, but we do understand that schedules shift and nap times change, so we will do our best to accommodate your family's needs.

Can we join if classes have already begun?

Absolutely! If you join mid-month and there are fewer than 3 classes remaining, we will prorate your tuition that month. Please note that we require a minimum enrollment of two full months.

If I cancel my membership for a few months and wish to return, will our spot still be available when we are ready to come back to class?
We will do our best to accommodate your family, but we are unable to guarantee that your original spot will be still available.

Can I pause my Membership?

Yes, you may pause your membership for one month. Pausing is a limited option. We are still figuring out this option, so pausing policies may change in the future. Email [email protected] with Pause [family name] Membership in the suject line.

How will I be billed?

We will automatically charge your card on file on the fifth of each month. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date; please contact us  through our website if you need to make any changes. There will be a $10 charge for declined credit card transactions.

Why is the monthly tuition the same each month when some months have fewer classes than others?
With holidays, scheduled breaks, and the way the calendar naturally falls, some months do have fewer classes than others. Some months have more than 4, depending on your class day. The monthly tuition is calculated by averaging the total number of classes held throughout the entire Membership Year, which is 36.
